Good ideas need
a way through.
A project should have room for exploration and a clear way to make decisions. Here is how we put those things together.
First, the business.
We discuss the offer, customers, project reason and existing materials. Bring the questions customers ask and the examples you have permission to share. We identify the decisions the project needs to produce.
Agree the brief.
We record the outputs, budget, timing, approval responsibilities and required files. Research, legal checks, specialist production and other dependencies are identified before they become surprises.
Explore a direction.
Concepts are presented with their thinking and practical applications. Feedback is collected against the brief. We agree the direction before taking it into detailed artwork and the next stage.
Make the details work.
The approved direction is developed into the assets in your scope. Type, colour, copy and layout are checked in the situations where people will use them. Revisions follow the agreed process.
Hand it over properly.
Approved files are organised for use. The handover identifies masters, exports, templates and any licence requirements. Website work receives its agreed launch checks. Ongoing support is discussed separately.
Bring the business. Bring the questions.
We will help you put a brief together.
