How can a brand website help people find you?

Make the business easy to understand, give each important question a useful page and keep the technical setup sound.

Describe the service in words people use.

A creative headline can introduce the business. The rest of the page needs to explain what you offer, who it serves and what someone can do next. Include the details a buyer asks for before enquiring.

Use relevant terms in headings and links where they help the reader. A service name should lead to a page about that service. Different questions deserve separate pages when there is enough useful information to answer them.

Keep the business information consistent.

Use the correct name, website and contact details. Explain the relationship between brands in the same family. Present service areas accurately and avoid creating the impression of offices that have not been confirmed.

A consistent identity helps the visitor understand which business is speaking. It also reduces ambiguity when a search system reads the pages and their structured information.

Make useful content accessible.

Search systems need access to the page. Important copy should be readable text, supported by working internal links and a sitemap. Descriptive titles, sensible image alternatives and canonical addresses help organise the site.

Google's AI-search guidance points back to its normal SEO foundations and says no special AI file is required. No agency can guarantee that a page will be selected for an answer or reach a particular position.

Connect search to a usable enquiry.

The landing page needs to work on a phone. Contact details should be clear, a form should explain what it needs and confirmation should be accurate. Test the route before sending paid or organic traffic into it.

A site may attract attention without receiving suitable enquiries. Review the search intent, offer, missing information and follow-up process before treating the problem as a design issue alone.

Review real evidence after launch.

Track the information available through authorised search and website reporting. Note the time period, the pages visited and the actions recorded. A button click and a completed sale are different observations.

Our website scope can include first-party reporting through DSDillon Go, with appropriate visitor choices. A useful review asks what happened and what the evidence supports before deciding the next change.

A GOOD CONVERSATION IS A GOOD START.
